That's a TON of detailed quilting work. I really like all the added texture from it! (Also, I love the more saturated colors; since research says babies don't see pastels very well, this looks like something the baby can enjoy too!)
I know you said you don't feel good at applique, but surely after this you must feel accomplished at it?
